What is the observatory
In the framework of the Peace, Security and Defence Chair, the Observatory is intended to offer a context for expert groups to consider and discuss current affairs relating to peace, security and defence, and to inform and disseminate their ideas among people with an interest in these matters.
The team collaborating in the Observatory consists of civil and military professionals from various institutions, working in different disciplines, in the field of Defence.
The Peace, Security and Defence Observatory is a tool for exchages of opinions between experts. The Chair can extend widely this short papers to all interested people in this matter, taking advantage of synergy that appear from the exchange of knowledge between different agents.
